I cant eat. So that isn’t an option. Like, I cant bring myself to eat more than 100 calories at a time. I figured, once I’m skinny, it’ll be easier to make myself eat a bit more if i tell myself that i’ll just burn it off. right now it isn’t possible. so will the stupid lower tummy roll just go away eventually from not eating?
WAITWAITWAIT.
I have that stupid lower belly pouch thing. Will that go away just by dieting/not eating? My plan was to just not eat until I’m happy…and then start eating a little more (protein) and working out to get rid of that lower belly fat. Will it just go away as I get thinner?
